We do not host, record, rebroadcast or alter any audio. Playback happens through the station's own public stream. All station names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

3. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to use it in any way that damages, disables or impairs it, or that interferes with another user's access. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to any system connected to it.

Automated scraping, systematic downloading or reproduction of the Site's content without written permission is not permitted.

Audio streams and any external links are provided by third parties. We have no control over their content, availability or practices, and we accept no responsibility for them. A link does not imply endorsement or any association with the operator.

If you own or represent a station and would like its stream or listing removed, contact us and we will action the request.

5. AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any particular stream will be working at a given moment: streams are operated by the stations themselves and may change or stop without notice.

Station details such as frequencies, schedules and presenters are compiled from public sources and may become out of date. We correct errors when we become aware of them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Radios Live shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or from the content of third-party streams. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
