Frequently asked questions about Rhubarb Radio live
Rhubarb Radio has no place on the dial. It is one of the many British stations that launched as a stream rather than applying to Ofcom for a frequency, which is why specialist formats like this one exist at all — the audience for them is spread too thin for local FM. It plays here with nothing to install.
Rhubarb Radio keeps a mixed schedule rather than committing to a single genre, which is the older model of radio: one station serving a whole audience through the day rather than one slice of it. It broadcasts by stream, so it reaches listeners anywhere.
Rhubarb Radio is a UK-wide service rather than a local one, so it carries the same output across the country with no regional opt-outs.
Either a brief drop in your connection or a restart at the station's end. If other stations on this site play normally and only Rhubarb Radio does not, the source feed is the likely cause.
There is no charge and no account. All you need is a connection; the stream itself is open.
