Frequently asked questions about Rockin50s Radio live
No — Rockin50s Radio broadcasts over the internet only, so there is no frequency to find on a set. That is a deliberate trade: an online station skips the cost of a broadcast licence and reaches the whole country from day one, but it needs a connection at the listener's end. Press play above and it runs in the browser.
Not much, and deliberately. The appeal of the format is recognition — a listener should be able to sing along to most of what comes on — so new releases would work against it.
Quite a few. You can browse them all on the National page, or use the genre pages if you are after a particular kind of music rather than a particular area.
Through its official website, linked in the details above, or through its social accounts if it keeps them. Both are listed on this page.
No account, no email address, no trial. Press play and the stream starts; there is no limit on how long you can listen.
