Heart Dance live

Heart Dance carries Global's mainstream dance output: house, club and electronic records that made the charts, played continuously and without the specialist framing of a scene station. The audience it targets is the same broad adult listener as the main Heart service rather than the club crowd — closer to a pop station that happens to play dance records than to a dance station in the traditional sense. Global runs Capital Dance for the younger, more current end of the same territory. This is a second catalogue entry for the station, alongside another under the same name. Both point at working feeds of the same service; if one drops out, the other is worth trying. Heart Dance is not on DAB. It is carried online, on smart speakers and through the Global Player app, which puts it among the stream-only members of the Heart family rather than the broadcast ones.
